PRODUCT INFORMATION

High gloss(Matt also available), high rigidity, can use with single component, the ink is, smooth and the color is bright.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

●MESH

Monofilament mesh, 60T-140T.

●STENCIL

Using organic solvent resistant emulsions.

●SQUEEGEE

65-85 durometer solvent resistant blade, such as PU.

●COVERAGE

30 square meters per kilogram under 120T mesh.

●PRINTING

This ink should be thinned with thinner approximately 10-20% by weight base on the climate condition.

●DRYING

Drying at low temperature 130-150 degree centigrade,complete dry allows at least 15 minutes. Adhesion text can be carried out after it’s cooled, but the highest temperature must below 160 degree centigrade.

●ADHESION TESTING

1.Well adhesion to glass, aluminium sheet, iron sheet, copper sheet and plating commodity.

2.When no hardener has been added, use single component inks of GFA series, there will be well adhesion to glass and mental commodity after drying at 130-150 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Alcohol cannot be used to wipe the presswork.

3.When add 3-6% 400668 normal hardener and mix up with the ink of GFA series, there will be well adhesion to glass and mental commodity after drying at 130-150 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. The presswork can’t be wiped by solvent(such as alcohol, gasoline,783) repeatedly.

4.When add 1-5% 400588 high-grade hardener and mix up with the ink of GFA series, there will be excellence adhesion to glass and mental commodity after drying at 130-150 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. The presswork not only can’t be wiped by solvent(such as alcohol, gasoline, 783) repeatedly, but also can be endured the boil test for an hour.The presswork is scatheless.
