366 Foam paste APPLICATION: Natural fibers/cotton, 50/50 synthetic fibers. FEATURES: Higher build-up effect with elastic; Soft very much; Suitable for light color printer USAGE: 366 foam paste-30%; white paste(1400)-30%; transparence paste(1400C)-40%. GENERAL INFORMATION: It is a Water-based Textile Ink which, will air-cure at room temperature to obtain optimum wash resistance 24 hours after printing. Inks are formulated for printing on Natural fibers/cotton, and many synthetic fabrics. After printing, it will get a very soft grow-up effect, suitable for light color printer. OPACITY:Inks have good opacity and may be printed on medium-colored grounds. White may be printed as a separate color or may be added for increased opacity and overlays. When air-cured at room temperature, will diminish bleeding effects from synthetic blend garments. DRYING AND CURING: 1. Not higher 70°C to prepare treatment 2. 130°C to achieve the foam effect within 5-10 seconds SCREEN FABRIC: Monofilament polyester meshes ranging from 40T to 80T are recommended. STENCILS: Water-Resistant Photographic Emulsions should be used.
