1.Q: Please let me know the Minimum Order Quantity of the product? Minium Order amount ($ or Units)
A: Minimum Quantity is 1 CBM or at 300kg for printing ink.
2.Q: What is the lead time for screen printing materials?
A: For regular items, it needs about 4-10 days, depends on the order quantity. For special items, the lead time would be longer(within 15days).
3.Q:Is that the sample available?
A:Yes,sample is available. Please do not ask for too much.
4.Q:What is your payment term ?
A: Usually, we accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Cash; If you issue Letter of Credit, Amount value should be over ten thousand US dollor and 30% of total price as deposit is needed.
5.Q:What kind of the currency do you accept?
A:Normally,we accept US dollars or Euro.
6. Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We can offer you FOB Zhongshan (our city), CNF and CIF term.

7. Q: What kind of Customs Documents do you offer?
A:We can offer:
Bill of lading,
Commercial invoice,
Packing list;
Certificate of origin for free.
